Kundalini Yoga: Celestial Communications
Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of  Awareness: it contains all of the other yogas as a subset.  In particular there are two fundamental awarenesses that define the metaphysics of KY.  The first is Ek Ong Kar - one Creator-Creation.  The Holy Divine Spirit is inherent in all parts and aspects of the Creation; the Holy Divine Spirit manifests as the Creation.

The second fundamental knowledge of KY is the tri-part Human Being.  We have a physical body, without that body we would not be here.  It behooves us to care for our body and to maintain our health so that we can live the most fulfilling possible life.  Secondly, we have a mind which is separate from the physical brain and nervous system.  The mind is the body of ideas, feelings and awarenesses and exists in the mental realm.  It is not physical, it is mental and exists in the realm of ideas.

The body plus the mind gives us the temple which houses our spirit, and it is the spirit which was never born and which never dies.

These three parts - the tri-part human being defines our life as human beings.

We are not physical beings having a spiritual experience, We are Spiritual Beings having a Physical Experience.

Part 3: I Am Happy

I began my studies of Kundalini yoga in 1986 with Yogi Bhajan in Los  Angeles.  That summer I did my first summer solstice sadhana at Ram Das Puri, the beginning of a life-long opportunity to serve the solstice community by working on the ground crew.  I also began my life-long love affair with White Tantric Yoga.  I have been doing between 6 and 12 white tantrics a year for the last 15 odd years.   I serve at summer and winter solstice.  Years ago, Yogiji said to us, “do summer and winter solstice and the rest will take care of itself.”   - the story of my life.

In 2001 I went to Espanola to study with Yogi Bhajan, I was in residence for Master’s Touch; Yogi Bhajan teaching us how to be Kundalini yoga teachers.   I have been teaching Kundalini yoga ever since; in Phoenix, in Albuquerque, at solstices – wherever I live.   I served with the Phoenix Teacher Training team, serving a 2 year apprenticeship with the Phoenix team under the direction of Sevak Singh Khalsa, our lead teacher;  and now am a associate Kundalini yoga teacher trainer.  I taught level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training with the Phoenix Teaching Team for 7 years and then moved to Albuquerque.  After successfully completing the 5 Level 2 modules (advanced Kundalini Yoga for certified Kundalini Yoga teachers) I am now a Level 2 certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.
