Chi Gong is another ancient Chinese style of health enhancing and power building exercises. In addition to teaching Taiji Chuan, I teach Shao-Lin Gung Fu: I teach Bak Sil Lum - southern style Shao-Lin and a long fist system of Shao-lin named Choy Li Fut based on the styles of two Shao-Lin monks, named respectively Choy and Li. Fut refers to the Buddha hand style Kung Fu. All of these forms are Chi Gong.
