Qi Gong
Chi Gong is another ancient Chinese style of health enhancing and power building exercises.   Really, Chi Gong is a catch-all name for many styles of conscious health-enhancing exercising.I teach the I Chin Ching (the muscle change classic that BodhiDharma taught the Shao-Lin monks so that they could keep up with his meditation schedule.  According to the legend, he also taught the monks Kung Fu).  I also teach the classic Eight Pieces of Brocade Chi Gong system.

In addition to teaching Taiji Chuan, I teach Shao-Lin Gung Fu: I teach Bak Sil Lum - southern style Shao-Lin and a long fist system of Shao-lin named Choy Li Fut based on the styles of two Shao-Lin monks, named respectively Choy and Li.  Fut refers to the Buddha hand style Kung Fu.   All of these forms are Chi Gong.
