Tai Chi
Taiji is an old Chinese system of movements that lead to mental clarity, emotional balancing and physical well-being.  T'ai Chi Chuan is a physical exercise system, a moving meditation and a martial art.  Tai Chi Chuan is a 800 year  old Taoist longevity system.  I teach the short form Yang system (Yang Small Frame).

My Teacher was Professor Cheng Man-ching, the originator of the Yang style Short Form.  His teacher was Yang Chen-fu.  Both of these great teachers were known throughout China, and are world famous among Taiji stylists.  In addition to the Small Frame, I teach the Unified Taiji Sword form (the one most practiced in mainland China).  I also teach the classic T'ai Chi Saber Form, the Wu Tang Saber Form, and a Tao An Pai double knife set.
